Green Pea Hummus

Ingredients

  • 2 cups green peas (fresh or frozen, thawed)

  • 2–3 tbsp tahini

  • 1–2 cloves garlic

  • Juice of 1 lemon

  • 2–3 tbsp olive oil

  • Salt to taste

  • ½ tsp cumin (optional)

Optional add-ins

  • Fresh mint or basil

  • Smoked paprika or chilli flakes

  • Avocado (extra creamy)

  • Edamame (boost protein)

Method

  1. Blanch peas 2–3 minutes, then drain.

  2. Blend everything until smooth.

  3. Add cold water (1 tbsp at a time) for an ultra-creamy texture.

  4. Taste & adjust lemon/salt.
