Green Pea Hummus
Ingredients
2 cups green peas (fresh or frozen, thawed)
2–3 tbsp tahini
1–2 cloves garlic
Juice of 1 lemon
2–3 tbsp olive oil
Salt to taste
½ tsp cumin (optional)
Optional add-ins
Fresh mint or basil
Smoked paprika or chilli flakes
Avocado (extra creamy)
Edamame (boost protein)
Method
Blanch peas 2–3 minutes, then drain.
Blend everything until smooth.
Add cold water (1 tbsp at a time) for an ultra-creamy texture.
Taste & adjust lemon/salt.
