Wild Birdseed Mix with Canary Seeds
Ingredients
1 cup canary seeds (small, smooth seeds loved by finches and canaries)
½ cup millet (white or red; provides energy and texture)

¼ cup sunflower seeds (hulled for small birds, whole for larger wild birds)
¼ cup safflower seeds (good for cardinals, finches, and avoids squirrels)
Optional add-ins
2 tbsp cracked corn (attracts sparrows, doves, juncos)
2 tbsp hemp seeds (high protein, loved by small birds)
1–2 tbsp dried berries (cranberries, currants; treat and vitamin boost)
Small pinch of ground eggshells (calcium for nesting birds)
Method
Combine all seeds and grains in a large, dry bowl.
Mix thoroughly so seeds are evenly distributed.
